Hello listeners and supporters of Studio Talk Podcast: Real Conversations About Mental Health!
We are checking in to give you a short update of what’s been going on with our podcast.
Our co-host Victoria has recently moved away and we are giving her some time to settle in so that she can get back to co-hosting the weekly podcasts with me via the distance.
In the meantime, I am moving forward with starting our conversations with our community members. We are starting with family and friends. We will then move on to community members, colleagues, etc.
Our very first guest will be our very own JROC Da Mic. He is our podcast technical supervisor, a radio on air personality and host of The Comic Section Podcast. Our topic of conversation will be fitness and mental health. Be sure to stay tuned for that super cool episode!
